Selected changes that affect how you build or deliver training, newest first. Behind-the-scenes work is left out on purpose, so this stays a page you can scan.
Your dashboard and course editor now link to a dedicated statistics view. For a tracked SCORM edition, you can see processed attempts, completion and scores together. An LMS-only ZIP is identified clearly because it does not send activity back to Intle.
The course content and inspector panels now start closed, leaving the editable canvas in focus. Open either panel when you need it, without leaving the course you are working on.
The editor has one Preview as learner action. It opens a separate learner view with more space for the learning plan and activity, making it easier to check what your audience will see.
Each activity in the gallery now has a concrete learner example. You can compare the shape of a quiz, practice task or learning asset before choosing it for your own brief. The sample wording is illustrative, not your generated content.
The hosted learner view keeps its bounded layout after the editor changes. The evidence dock in the briefing view also stays available while you review source material.
Plan review now opens on a clear outline and one approval action. Settings, section edits, filters and reordering remain available through labelled controls when you need them.
When a course build needs another attempt, Intle now carries its original intent and saved design template choices forward instead of quietly falling back to defaults.
When you upload a deck to see its outline, any images inside it now stay private to your account. They are only published as part of a course once you choose to build one.
Pick a colour and Intle tells you straight away whether text will be readable on it, and whether that text should be light or dark. Your colour goes on every course you export, so it is worth knowing before it ships.
Team logos now upload, and replacing a logo works rather than silently keeping the old one. WebP files are accepted alongside PNG and JPG, and removing a logo now removes it.
Checking your answer on a matching activity no longer distorts the layout. In the editor you can also reorder the left-hand items, and clicking an item selects it while clicking its text edits it.
Previewing your own course now tells you why Next is greyed out on a question, and a missing alt text says so plainly instead of pointing at the image address.
If a code will not work, Intle now says why, with the date where that helps, and gives you a reference to quote if you get in touch. Sign-in links sent by email work from every address we use.
The Trust Centre and privacy policy now describe our infrastructure exactly: your database, sign-in and files run on our own servers in Germany, and your material is never used to train an AI model.
